Love your commute again
Whether by bus, tube or train, commuting is something the majority of people in London do twice a day, every day. Generally a tedious part of the day, filled with busy carriages, constant delays and never ending traffic lights, one begins to wonder; what if commuting could become more enjoyable?
Located just over half a mile from a Zone 1 station, The Overdraught, a new development by L&Q, is ideally placed to offer a commute with a difference. Whether a stroll (or jog!), or something speedier – be it bike, scooter or skateboard – the tow path running alongside the development is an ideal traffic-free passage into central London. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs en route, ideal for stopping for a coffee on the way in, or a pint on the way home!
To show the versatility The Overdraught tasked two bloggers to explore alternative ways to commute to Kings Cross – watch the video to see how they got on…
